Membership and Season Passholder Package Pick-Up Begins

Due to the current Canada Post strike and mail service disruption, we will not be mailing Memberships, Season Pass and Lesson Program Packages for the 2024-25 season. During this time, though we have been hoping for a resolution, we have also been in contact with several other mail providers but have not been able to secure a feasible alternative for letter mail. At the time of registration, if you selected the mail-out option, the $4+hst fee was added to cover the charges for Canada Post. This charge is not enough to cover the fees of alternative mailing providers. As a result, we will be refunding all mailing fees and will be holding all packages for pick-up. Please note, due to volume of individual refunds which must be manually triggered, this refund may not be reflected until January 2025 as we prioritize Opening Day preparations and getting passes distributed as quickly as possible. Membership and Season Pass pick-up will begin tomorrow, Saturday, November 30. Lesson Program Packages will be available starting December 21. Please check social media or our website prior to your visit for any updates to hours operation and please ensure you have completed your waiver(s) and photo submission(s) for each passholder prior to pick-up. 

Should you wish to have your package mailed, please contact Guest Services directly to arrange. Passholders/Participants will be responsible for the mailing fee through their chosen mailing provider.
