Interested in Booking Your Trip?

Complete Brimacombe’s School Visit Request Form online to initiate the booking process. Some of the details you will need to provide include:

• Contact Information including designating a primary contact
• Requested date(s)
• Preferred Arrival & Departure Times – In order for us to provide everyone with the best experience possible, Brimacombe will stagger group arrivals/departures in 20 minute intervals per bus/50 students.
• Estimated number of students and teachers/chaperones, including grade range – We know attendance can vary. By providing as accurate a number as possible, and keeping us updated as your trip approaches, you help us create a better experience for everyone.

Upon completing our online request form, you will be contacted within 5 school days to confirm availability of your requested date & time. In the event that your date, time or estimated attendance cannot be booked as requested, we will work with you to find a visit time slot that could work.
