Sell your old equipment. Buy something new (or new-ish)!
Whether you're looking for a deal on brand new equipment we've carried over from last season, or you're searching for the right size used equipment, we’ll have a great selection of new & pre-owned skis, boards, boots, outerwear, accessories and more.
No experience fitting equipment? No problem! We will have volunteers and team members from Slopeside Skis & Boards on-site to answer all the questions you might have.

Face masks will be required. Physical distancing will be in effect.
EQUIPMENT DROP OFF
Register each item for $2 per item. You set the price, but we will have someone on site to help you price your item. Please note, items must be in good condition and not more than 10 years of age. Brimacombe reserves the right to turn away equipment. Helmets, cross-country skis and clothing are not accepted. Equipment will not be accepted on the day of the swap or outside of the drop off dates listed below.
DROP OFF DATES:
Thursday, November 18 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday, November 19 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sales Commission: Brimacombe retains 25% of each sale if you take your payout in cheque/etransfer OR Brimacombe retains 15% of each sale if you take your payout in the form of a Brimacombe Gift Card
SHOPPING DAYS (Tickets Required)
Tickets must be purchased in advance online to reserve your shopping timeslot. Tickets go on sale online on Tuesday, November 16 at 10:00 a.m.
Saturday, November 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

UNSOLD EQUIPMENT/MONEY PICK UP
Please note, unlike previous years, equipment and sales from equipment cannot be picked up during the sale. Please see pick up days below.
Monday, November 22 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, November 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Equipment not claimed by Monday, November 29 will be forfeited and considered a donation to the Oshawa Ski Club o/a Brimacombe.
The Brimacombe team is currently seeking volunteers to help with our annual Blowout Sale and Ski/Board Swap on Saturday, November 20 and Sunday, November 21 at Brimacombe (4098 Durham Road 9, Orono, ON L0B1M0). Shifts will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
High School Students may be eligible to claim community involvement hours (students are strongly encouraged to verify with their school that the activity will count towards completion of their 40 hours).
Volunteers 12 years of age and older must be fully vaccinated with a Health Canada approved vaccine. For an individual to be considered fully vaccinated, a minimum of 14 days needs to have passed since receiving either two doses of any combination of the Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna or Astra Zeneca COVID-19 vaccines, or a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.
