SEVEN-WEEK RENTAL PACKAGE PICK-UP
Seven-week rental packages are still available for pick-up at Slopeside Skis & Boards. Ski Packages and Snowboard Packages will be available for take home, but only while supplies last! These take home packages are available on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last, so visit us today to avoid missing out on this take-home bonus!
Once take home packages run out, participants will be required to pick up and return their equipment immediately before and after each lesson.

A rental agreement must be completed for each renting participant and submitted at initial pick-up. Please click here to complete this form in advance to save time during pick-up. Please note, this form MUST be printed in colour. Hard copies will also be available at Slopeside Skis & Boards at pick-up.

Please note, a credit card or cash deposit of up to $350.00 is required on each rental package, on the first day of pick-up. Renters under the age of 18 require a parent/guardian signature on the rental agreement. Rental Packages must be returned on the last day of your program. Late returns will be subject to the late fees indicated on your rental form.

PLEASE NOTE:
Non-Take-Home Packages will be available for pick-up on the day of each lesson from the Rental Shop and must be returned the same day. On your first day of lessons, please be at the Rental Shop at least one hour prior to your lesson start time to allow for processing and fitting of your equipment.
7-Week Helmet Rentals:
Helmets will be available for pick-up on the day of each lesson from the Rental Shop and must be returned the same day.

Helmet Purchases:
If you have pre-purchased a Helmet-to-Own through our special offer on the Snow School registration form, your pre-order has been recorded for you at Slopeside Skis and Boards. Please visit during hours of operation and give your name to a retail associate for your personalized helmet fitting.

LESSON PROGRAM CARD PICK-UP
ATTENTION MEMBERS AND SEASON PASSHOLDERS:
If you are a Member or Season Passholder with a pass that is valid during the time of your lesson program you will NOT be issued a lesson program card. Please wear your membership and/or season pass for the duration of your lesson program for lift access.
Avoid line-ups on the first day of lessons by picking up your program card(s) in advance.
When picking up your lesson card(s):
1. Please check our hours of operation here www.brimacombe.ca/contact-us
2. Enter and park at Brimacombe via Gate 4 (4098 Regional Road 9, Orono ON, L0B 1M0)
3. Park in the main lot and proceed to the East Chalet to the exterior Guest Services windows on the south-east end of the chalet

Please note, if we are missing any information, this may cause a delay in your pick-up processing as we will collect this from you prior to issuing the lesson program card(s).

Due to the Canada Post strike and mail service disruption in December, we decided not to mail Lesson Program Packages for this season. At the time of registration, if you selected the mail-out option, the $4+hst fee was added to cover the charges for Canada Post. This charge was not enough to cover the fees of alternative mailing providers. As a result, we will be refunding all mailing fees and have held all packages for pick-up. Please note, due to volume of individual refunds which must be manually triggered, this refund may not be reflected until late January 2025.
REQUIRED COMPONENTS FOR PICK-UP:
WAIVER:
All participants must complete and sign Brimacombe’s 2024-25 General Waiver by visiting brimacombe.ca/online-waiver from a tablet or computer. Participants under the age of 18 will require a parent/guardian signature to complete the waiver. This should be done through the Family waiver option. If you are unable to complete your waiver online, please call 905-983-5983 to discuss your options.

All Program Cards must have a picture that reflects your current appearance. If you have a photo on file with us and your appearance has not changed, you do not need to submit a new photo; however, if we feel that your appearance strongly differs from the photo at any point during pick up or during the season, we reserve the right to require an updated photo.
